Two sizes. Up to 12 elastic waist stretches approximately from 26 inches to 42 inches. Up to 20 elastic waist stretches approximately from 30 inches to 50 inches. Length is approximately 44.5 inches.

A bit about Amanda & her team: Amanda runs a family owned business in a simple 3 storey building in Dongguan, Guangzhou. The bottom floor is for fabric cutting, the middle floor is for sewing, and the top floor is for resting. All of the cutting, sewing, and packaging is done by a small group of family members and local hires.

When more people learned about Bluish, I got more questions about pouf and more requests for a tulle skirt that isn’t poufy at all. It was a lesson on my part to understand that poufy tulle isn’t for everyone. We added the Madison, which is made with soft tulle that drapes and flows instead. Once we added the Madison though, it’s been my favourite and go to style. It’s also a reminder for me to open my ears and heart to feedback.
